Hi, I’m Oli McCann — founder of the Sustain programme and a passionate advocate for long-term, sustainable health and fitness.
I was born in 1992 in the small town of Builth Wells, Mid Wales. From a young age, sport and exercise played a huge role in my life — whether I was on the rugby pitch or out on the local golf course, I was always in motion. I knew early on that my future would be in the fitness industry.
After earning a 2:1 degree in Applied Sport & Exercise Studies from the University of Gloucestershire, I completed my Level 3 Personal Training Certificate and a Sports Massage qualification. In 2013, I began my career with Nuffield Health in Crawley, where I quickly rose to become one of the company’s top trainers in the UK. Over three years, I helped hundreds of clients transform their fitness, health, and mindset.
But I wanted to do more — to build a brand that reflected my own approach to health: real, long-term, and holistic. That’s when I launched my personal coaching business, @olimccann, where I’ve spent the past 10+ years working with individuals, celebrities, and corporate teams to help them take control of their wellbeing.
My philosophy is simple: fitness isn’t about quick fixes or unsustainable routines. It’s about building lasting habits that strengthen both your body and your mind. Through my Sustain programme, I specialise in working with people who feel stuck, especially those struggling with weight and motivation. My bespoke 1-to-1 coaching provides the structure, support, and accountability needed to create meaningful, lifelong change.
