WELCOME TO THE 21 OLIHOMEFIT GUIDE HomeFit1 It is an online 21 day kick starter body transformation training plan. Which I have designed for people who like to exercise at HOME (or anywhere!) and for people who struggle to get to the gym due to lack of time or anything else. The 21 day OLIHOMEFIT GUIDE is not only simply to follow but it is also very challenging.  You don’t need any equipment, just your body and a strong mindset. Perfect for kicking starting your fitness journey and improving body composition. 

As I’ve never followed a set diet plan, I don’t think you should either. If the training is in place then your off to a good start. If you do need that extra support with the diet. Then online coaching is where you’ll have a specific nutritional plan designed around your lifestyle, training, and goals!
