  • This 6 week shredded program is broken up into 10 workouts scheduled out for 6 weeks.
  • This program requires access to a full gym/box gym with access to barbells/kettlebells/rowers/fan bikes, ski ergs etc.
  • You will learn how to program heavy lifts like the barbell deadlift, row, squat, and press with functional movements with kettlebells and bodyweight to help you stay healthy and keep training hard and smart.

Online Coaching is a more affordable and flexible option for those who would like the help of a trainer. Every one can benefit from the general nutrition and programming guidance but it is particularly useful for people with busy lives, family or work time constraints, or those who do not want to meet with a trainer weekly. People who are serious about training (contest prep/advanced experience)

21 DAY HOMEFIT GUIDE

21 day kick starter body transformation training plan. Which I have designed for people who like to exercise at HOME (or anywhere!) and for people who struggle to get to the gym due to lack of time or anything else. The 21 day OLIHOMEFIT GUIDE is not only simply to follow but it is also very challenging.  You don’t need any equipment, just your body and a strong mindset. Perfect for kicking starting your fitness journey and improving body composition. 

As I’ve never followed a set diet plan, I don’t think you should either. If the training is in place then your off to a good start. If you do need that extra support with the diet. Then online coaching is where you’ll have a specific nutritional plan designed around your lifestyle, training, and goals.

I was born on the 29th   June 1992 and raised in a little town called Builth Wells, Wales.

From a young age I’ve always had a passion for sport. My life as a personal trainer began when I graduated from the University of Gloucester Where I graduated with a 2.1 in Applied Sport & Exercise Studies alongside my level 3 Personal Training certificate.
