  • This 6 week shredded program is broken up into 10 workouts scheduled out for 6 weeks.
  • This program requires access to a full gym/box gym with access to barbells/kettlebells/rowers/fan bikes, ski ergs etc.
  • You will learn how to program heavy lifts like the barbell deadlift, row, squat, and press with functional movements with kettlebells and bodyweight to help you stay healthy and keep training hard and smart.
  • My goal with this program is to help anyone get a safe and effective workout anywhere, anytime.

Who is The Program For?

This ADVANCED Program is for anyone who is ready to get lean and mean without having to go through the same boring routines most of us have been exposed to.

I learned that my traditional training in the sagittal plane wasn’t cutting it: moving weights up and down in my bench press, squat, and deadlift were making me maximally strong in those lifts but not in the real world, not when someone with the same grit and will to win was coming at me 100% from all angles and levels. This is when I was exposed to kettlebells and unconventional training.

Combining unconventional tools with traditional weightlifting has allowed me to reach a new level of strength and conditioning as well as to attain a physique of an athlete.

What Will You Take Away From The Program?

You will learn how to program heavy lifts like the barbell deadlift, row, squat, and press with functional movements with kettlebells and bodyweight to help you stay healthy and keep training hard and smart.

You will undergo TWO fitness test during the 6 weeks – this is one of the ways I track another variable in my fitness journey.

You will get access to MY personal diet regime to get an idea of how to program your nutrition to maximize your gains.

This program can be performed most effectively in a full gym or box gym with access to barbells and dumbbells.
